Christopher Lee & Company Fine Homes offers comprehensive service to the luxury home buyer.  We build signature homes in Gaillardia Country Club, Nichols Hills, Rose Creek, Lakeside of Oakdale, Shadow Lake, Forest Creek Estates, White Fences and on private acreages.

LAND – Christopher Lee & Company Fine Homes will provide a review of your lot or acreage to determine the best positioning for your new home.  We will give you our analysis of the surrounding lots and let you know how your views will be affected.  If there is a home under construction which may affect your lot, we will research and gather information to determine exactly what the impact may be.

CHOOSING YOUR DESIGNER/ARCHITECT – When planning your dream home, the collaboration between builder & designer is crucial to the economics of your project, as having the right designer/architect is critical to the successful build of any home. At Christopher Lee & Company Fine Homes, we have created a position in our company for an architectural designer, who can provide design services ranging from making adjustments to a plan you may already have to providing a full set of plans from scratch. 

Kelli had been with Edmond’s Kerr 3 Design Group, working on residential and commercial projects. She studied architecture at OU, transferred to complete a degree in construction management at Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City, where she earned a cost estimating certificate. She has been designing projects for 20 years.  Kelli believes the most appealing aspects of working as an in-house designer is that she can answer any questions in the field when they occur and the construction process can continue.
